a.作為在與教師/工作人員互動時，您同意始終以專業、禮貌和尊重的態度對待。您同意遵守 學校制定的任何課程規則/法規。如不遵守課程規則，將導致本協議終止。在此終止情況下，您不得取回任何已支付的金額，並仍應對未支付的費用負責。



b.使用課程材料: 您同意研討會和課程可以錄製。本學校保留在其自己的裁量權下，使用課程材料、課程的視頻和音頻錄製，以及您提交的材料，用於將來的講座、教學和營銷材料，以及學校提供的其他商品/服務，而無需向您支付任何報酬。您同意本學校可以在將來的講座、教學和營銷材料中使用聲音文字和肖像，以及學校提供的其他商品/服務，而無需向您支付任何報酬。

c.不替代醫療治療。在課程期間，您同意關注自己的健康狀況，如有需要，尋求醫療治療（包括但不限於心理治療）。學校不提供醫療、治療或心理治療服務。學校對學生基於教練的決策及其後果不承擔責任。



d.如果雙方之間發生爭議或客戶提出申訴，雙方同意並接受，解決此類爭議的唯一場所應私下的場所。在雙方之間發生爭議時，雙方同意不進行旨在貶低對方的任何行為或溝通，無論公開還是私下。

5. 免責聲明

Unlike the co-active coaching aspects of our work together, where I ask questions and walk alongside you on your journey, rather than tell you what I believe is the best course of action for you, teaching and consulting does require my leading and guiding you.
